CrossReach is a social care organisation that has been working with some of the most vulnerable people in Scotland since 1869. We aim to meet people’s needs, whatever their life story. This means we don’t just address one particular issue, but our services have developed over time in response to people’s changing needs – this has made us quite diverse as a social care organisation. Our main concern is providing the best possible support to those who use our services, tailored to their own requirements and aspirations; and always recognising the talents and potential each person has given that they have been made in God’s image.
We work with older people, people who are homeless, young adults and children, people who have learning disabilities, young offenders and their families and more. We offer specialised and personal care, such as counselling sessions, baby massage and play sessions, support and advice.
By supporting us you are helping to make real and lasting changes to the lives of people in Scotland.
